Representative Masek brought up reconsideration of the vote on                 
HJR33 (page 1357).                                                             
                                                                               
The following was again before the House in third reading:                     
                                                                               
HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 33                                                 
Requesting the Congress to amend Title VIII of the Alaska                     
National Interest Lands Conservation Act.                                      
                                                                               
Representative Masek placed a call of the House.                               
                                                                               
**The presence of Representative Kubina was noted.                             
                                                                               
The Speaker invoked Section 102 of Mason's Manual.                             
                                                                               
Representative Brown moved and asked unanimous consent that                    
HJR33 be returned to second reading for the specific purpose of                
considering Amendment No. 1.                                                   
                                                                               
Objection was heard.
